This page explains what Garmendia Law collects through this website and what happens to it.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message. The site also keeps basic visit statistics, such as which pages are read, without identifying you.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and to check for conflicts of interest before a first call. We don’t sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don’t become clients are deleted after a year. Client files are kept as the rules for lawyers require.
